Anambra Sports Stakeholders Hail Soludo Over Patrick Agha Mba's Appointment, Welcome Chikelue Iloenyosi as Special Assistant

Sports stakeholders in Anambra State have commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for appointing Hon. Patrick Agha Mba as the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, describing the decision as a major step towards repositioning sports and youth development in the state.

The stakeholders said Hon. Agha Mba possesses the leadership qualities, vision and passion needed to take sports administration and youth empowerment to the next level, expressing confidence that his tenure would usher in a new era of growth and excellence.

They noted that the commissioner's wealth of experience in public service and commitment to youth development make him well-suited to drive the state's sports agenda and create opportunities for young talents to thrive.

Football stakeholders also applauded Hon. Agha Mba for appointing former Nigeria international General Chikelue Iloenyosi as his Special Assistant, describing the decision as a significant boost to football development in Anambra State.

According to them, Iloenyosi's vast experience as a former Super Eagles defender, football administrator and grassroots football advocate will add value to the ministry's efforts in discovering and nurturing young talents while strengthening football structures across the state.

The stakeholders expressed optimism that the partnership between Hon. Patrick Agha Mba and General Chikelue Iloenyosi would bring fresh ideas, professionalism and renewed energy to sports development, calling on all sports enthusiasts in the state to support the new leadership in achieving its objectives.
