Police Probe AIG Moshood Jimoh Over VeryDarkMan's Allegations

The Nigeria Police Force has confirmed that it is investigating the Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of Zone 2 Command, AIG Moshood Jimoh, following allegations made by social media personality Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan.

The Force disclosed that AIG Jimoh has been invited for questioning as part of an internal administrative review into the allegations. According to the police, the move is aimed at ensuring transparency and accountability within the Force.

The Police also clarified that while the administrative investigation is ongoing, the criminal aspect of the allegations remains before a competent court for determination.
