FORMER SUPER EAGLES STAR BROWN IDEYE VENTURE INTO FASHION "IB" BRAND

On my transit in Abuja, as I jet out of the country for an official assignment, I decided to quickly pay a visit to my brother, former Super Eagles striker and one of the biggest footballers to emerge from Ora, Brown Aide Ideye.

The former Dynamo Kyiv forward proudly presented his new clothing brand, “IB”, which is already making waves in the market. Interestingly, I have seen several prominent personalities proudly rocking the brand.

This is more than just fashion — it is a beautiful example of an ex-international footballer investing in his own brand and creating something beyond the football pitch.

Aide Ideye hails from Uhonmora in Owan West Local Government Area of Edo State, my own community, and it is indeed encouraging to see one of our own making a bold move into entrepreneurship.

From scoring goals on the biggest football stages to building a brand in the fashion industry, Aide Ideye is proving that life after football can be another exciting chapter.
